These terms apply to your use of msgbutler.com and MsgButler services. Specific projects may also be covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority.
We provide website building, AI transformation support and automatic SMS reply set-up for businesses. Scope, fees and timescales are agreed with each client before work starts.
Merchants using the SMS app are responsible for their reply templates and for using the service lawfully. The app only replies to people who have contacted the merchant first and must not be used for unsolicited marketing.
